Eyebrow Permanent Makeup Cost in Orihuela Costa
Gulnaz Akhmadullina · Updated · 5 min read
Eyebrow permanent makeup in Orihuela Costa starts from €140 at Caramiel Beauty House in Playa Flamenca, La Zenia. The appointment takes around 1 hour 30 minutes, and results usually last 1 to 3 years depending on your skin and sun exposure. You can book a free 15-minute consultation before deciding anything.
If you’re tired of filling in your brows every morning, semi-permanent eyebrows can be a real time-saver. But a price on its own doesn’t tell you much. It helps to know what the appointment includes, what pushes the cost up or down, how long the result lasts and when you’ll need a touch-up. Here’s the honest rundown.
Permanent makeup prices at Caramiel Beauty House
These are our starting prices for permanent makeup (PMU). They’re “from” prices: the final figure is confirmed at your consultation once we’ve seen your skin and talked about the look you want.

| Permanent makeup brows | €140 | 1 h 30 |

What’s included in a PMU brow appointment
A good brow appointment doesn’t start with the needle. It normally goes like this:
- A chat first. What you like and don’t like about your brows, how you wear your makeup day to day, and whether you want something soft and natural or a more defined brow.
- Mapping the shape. Your brows are measured and drawn on to suit your features. Nothing starts until you’re happy with the shape.
- Choosing the shade. The pigment colour is matched to your skin tone and hair colour so the result doesn’t look too dark or harsh.
- Applying the pigment. The main part of the appointment.
- Aftercare advice. You’ll go home knowing what to do, and what to avoid, while your skin heals.
What affects the price of brow tattooing
Two people can pay different amounts for “permanent makeup brows”. These are the factors that matter most:
- The look you’re after. A very natural, soft finish and a fuller, more defined brow involve different work.
- Where you’re starting from. Working on untouched brows is not the same as working over an old tattoo that has faded to grey or red. Some cases need careful assessment to see whether correction is possible at all.
- Your skin type. Oily skin, for example, tends to hold pigment differently from dry skin, which affects how the treatment is planned.
- The artist’s experience. A bargain price can turn out expensive: fixing badly done brows is usually far harder than getting them right first time.
How long it lasts and when to have a touch-up
Permanent makeup isn’t a lifelong tattoo. The colour generally lasts 1 to 3 years, depending on your skin, the technique and, especially here on the Costa Blanca, the sun. Protecting your brows from strong sunlight helps the colour hold for longer.
A touch-up is usually done around 4 to 8 weeks after the first session. While the skin heals it’s normal for the pigment to settle a little unevenly; the touch-up evens out the colour and fine-tunes the details. On our price list, touch-ups for lips and eyes start from €70. If you’d like a brow touch-up, ask at your consultation how it works in your case.
After a year or more, many clients come back for a colour refresh once they notice it softening.
How to choose a permanent makeup artist in Orihuela Costa
Between La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Villamartín, Punta Prima and Torrevieja there’s plenty of choice. A few pointers:
- Ask to see healed work, not just fresh photos. Brows always look stronger straight after the treatment.
- Ask about experience. Gulnaz Akhmadullina has 18 years of experience in permanent makeup, brows and lashes. You can read more about Gulnaz.
- Make sure the shape is drawn on first and that you can tweak it until you love it.
- Check the hygiene. Single-use materials should be opened in front of you.
- Look for honesty. If your skin or a previous tattoo isn’t a good candidate, a good artist will tell you, even if it means not doing the treatment.
No result can be guaranteed 100%, because every skin responds in its own way. That’s exactly why the consultation matters: it shows what’s realistic for you.

Frequently asked questions
Is the consultation free?
Yes. At Caramiel Beauty House the first consultation is free and takes about 15 minutes. It's a chance to look at your skin, talk through the shape you want and ask questions before you book.
How long should I set aside for a brow appointment?
Allow around 1 hour 30 minutes. That covers mapping the shape, choosing the shade and applying the pigment.
Can I have permanent makeup if I already have an old brow tattoo?
It depends on the old pigment: its colour, how strong it still is and its shape. It needs to be seen in person, so the free consultation is the best first step.
